The shared envelope returns `data.applications` in request order. Each application includes its catalog-resolved sponsor identity, curated brand/generic names, products (active ingredients, dosage form, route, and marketing status), and every stored original or efficacy-supplement submission newest first. Each application and `meta` carry `source="openfda_drugsfda"` plus the relevant export-date `as_of`; pagination is null because the request list is bounded. Use `fda_search_approvals` first when you know a sponsor or drug but not an application number. Errors are `unknown_entity` when any requested application number is absent and `bad_parameter` when a direct service caller supplies zero or more than 10 numbers (schema-invalid list bounds are rejected before dispatch).
