Each row carries its filing accession and filed date as `as_of`, the filed issuer name, active ticker when resolved, meeting/proposal context, categories, vote series, shares, vote, and management recommendation. Series requests also include filing-wide rows that name no series. Unresolved issuers retain their filed name in `issuer_name`; the optional `ticker` filter reaches resolved issuers only. CUSIP, ISIN, and FIGI are not available on any served surface. Each filing reference carries form/report/amendment type, filing date, primary-document URL, and the vote-table URL that holds the voting rows when present. `meta.as_of` is the freshest row filing date on the page, or null for an empty page. `pagination` uses a 25-row default and 100-row maximum and traverses the multi-accession record; out-of-range limits are rejected, never clamped. Pass `next_cursor` back until `has_more` is false. Errors are `bad_parameter` for malformed inputs, categories, bounds, or cursors; `unknown_entity` for an unknown fund or issuer ticker; and `out_of_coverage` when no active N-PX filing or requested period is ingested.
