The envelope returns the echoed query and ranked `data.funds` rows with CIK, registrant, series, class, and ticker fields. The resolver's internal ranking score is not exposed. `meta` attributes the SEC EDGAR investment-company registry, and `pagination` is null because this is a bounded relevance result. An unmatched query succeeds with an empty list; an empty query is `bad_parameter`. Use this discovery tool before `funds_get_holdings` when starting from a name. The default limit is 10 and maximum is 50.
