Returns newest-first fiscal-year totals, six USAspending award-type obligation splits, and the top 10 awarding agencies. Amounts are exact USD transaction-level obligations, the same basis used by USAspending recipient profile pages; `meta.source` is `usaspending` and `as_of` is the freshest row on the page. The default is 5 fiscal years and the maximum is 20. Follow `pagination.next_cursor` until `has_more` is false. Results are for the recipient as registered with USAspending (child/recipient level); figures are NOT parent-company rollups; parent linkage fields indicate where a parent exists. Unknown or ambiguous recipients are `unknown_entity` with possible suggestions; an invalid cursor is `bad_parameter`. A known recipient with no award rows returns an empty successful page.
