Returns one row per served dataset. Each row carries `last_refresh` (the last successful connector refresh), `latest_as_of` (the freshest value-level timestamp in the data itself), `cadence`, `status`, `stale`, `status_reason`, `non_redistributable`, and the MCP `tools` serving that dataset. A stalled connector reports its real last success and `stale: true` — this tool never reports a hopeful value. `stocks_fundamentals` and `stocks_filings` ride the same nightly EDGAR run, so `last_refresh` is pipeline-level for both; `latest_as_of` is the value-level signal to trust when they diverge. The SEC company/ticker directory is listed as `stocks_ticker_directory` with nightly cadence; `last_refresh` comes from its recorded refresh runs, while `latest_as_of` remains the newest first-observed listing change and therefore does not advance when an unchanged directory refreshes successfully. Call this before reasoning over data currency, before trusting payload `as_of` values, or to decide whether a dataset is fresh enough for the question. Bounds: default `limit` 50, max 100; all datasets currently fit on one default page. To page, pass `pagination.next_cursor` back as `cursor` until `has_more` is false. Errors carry a machine `code`: `bad_parameter` for malformed paging input and `unavailable` when the database cannot be reached.
