Returns the shared envelope. `data` echoes subject identity (`ticker`, `cik`, `company_name`), and `data.holders` contains one aggregate row per fund series, ordered by summed `pct_value` (% of the fund's net assets) descending. Each holder includes `value_usd`, `holdings_count`, report-period and filing lineage, and fund identity. Coverage: results reflect the ingested pilot universe of registered funds' latest N-PORT filings — not the whole market. Matching uses the filed ticker (validity-checked against the company's registered symbols) or exact-normalized issuer name (only when the name is unambiguous among covered companies). `meta.unattributed_holdings` reports rows attributable by neither leg. LEI matching is deferred until a company↔LEI crosswalk exists (#230). This is latest-period-only: an amendment supersedes the original and each fund contributes only its newest report period. Use `funds_get_holdings` with `report_period` to inspect a fund's historical snapshots. A valid ticker with no covered holders returns a successful empty page, not an error. Bounds: default 25, max 100 funds per page; page via `pagination.next_cursor` → `cursor`. Errors carry machine codes: `unknown_entity` (with did-you-mean suggestions) for an unknown ticker and `bad_parameter` for a malformed ticker, limit, or cursor.
