Use this after `stocks_search_ipos` to inspect the chronological lifecycle behind one result. Events cover S-1/S-1/A, F-1/F-1/A, 424B1-B5, EFFECT, 8-A12B, and RW metadata from the SEC EDGAR full/daily index. The timeline is oldest first by filed date and accession number. Stage is null when no anchored initial-registration lifecycle exists. This is index metadata only: pricing terms and offer size are NOT included yet. Profiles are CIK-keyed, not ticker-keyed, until the new-listing join lands. The bounded issuer timeline is returned without pagination. `meta.source` is `sec-edgar-index` (US government public-domain data). Errors carry `unknown_entity` when the CIK is unknown platform-wide, `out_of_coverage` when the company is known but no registration filings are held, and `bad_parameter` for a nonpositive CIK.
