They are not official meeting outcomes.** The company's official voting results are disclosed in its Form 8-K, Item 5.07, and are not served by this tool. Use this when asking how covered fund managers voted on a company's proposals. Use `stocks_get_company_events` for the company's 8-K event timeline, including any Item 5.07 filing; use `funds_search_funds` to resolve a manager and `funds_get_holdings` for that fund's holdings. The shared envelope's `data` contains canonical `ticker`, `company_name`, and bounded `meetings`. Each meeting contains its date (or null for the one undated bucket), distinct `managers_covered`, and at most 100 proposals in deterministic order; `proposals_truncated` is true when later proposal groups were omitted. Each proposal's tallies and category union use all contributing records, while its manager breakdown is capped at 25 manager-filing disposition rows after the deterministic sort; `managers_truncated` is true when rows were omitted. Tallies count distinct covered managers per disposition. `shares_voted` sums the records that carry shares; `shares_voted_incomplete` is true when the sum is present but at least one record in that aggregate had no shares. When no record carried shares, both fields are absent. Manager rows remain traceable to N-PX accessions. `meta` contains source, the newest contributing filing date as `as_of`, and a required coverage statement naming the total covered-manager basis. Proposals merge only when their wording matches after case-folding and whitespace collapse. There is no fuzzy matching: differently worded versions of the same real-world proposal can appear as separate rows. Meetings are newest-first, with a single undated bucket last. Bounds: default 2, max 5 meetings per page; out-of-range limits are rejected, not clamped. To page, pass `pagination.next_cursor` back unchanged as `cursor`; a valid cursor past the end returns an empty success. Errors carry a machine `code`: `bad_parameter` for a malformed ticker, cursor, or out-of-range limit; `unknown_entity` for a well-formed ticker outside the entity map (with suggestions when available); and `out_of_coverage` when no active N-PX filings have been ingested.
