Use this to find IPO candidates by lifecycle stage, first-filed date, or raw SEC SIC. Records cover S-1/S-1/A, F-1/F-1/A, 424B1-B5, EFFECT, 8-A12B, and RW metadata from the SEC EDGAR full/daily index. This is index metadata only: pricing terms and offer size are NOT included yet. Profiles are CIK-keyed, not ticker-keyed, until the new-listing join lands. The shared envelope returns echoed filters and `data.ipos`, newest first by first-filed date and CIK. `meta.source` is `sec-edgar-index` (US government public-domain data), and `pagination` carries cursor state. Bounds: default 20, max 100, rejected rather than clamped. Pass `pagination.next_cursor` back as `cursor` and keep all filters constant. Errors carry `bad_parameter` for an invalid stage, date window, limit, or cursor.
