The event feed behind `stocks_get_beneficial_owners`: one row per FILING (not per person), so a monitoring agent can poll "what was filed since date X" by passing `filed_from`, or watch one company or one filer. All filters are optional and combine with AND. Each filing carries `accession_number`, `schedule_type` (`13D` = activist/control intent, `13G` = passive/institutional), `submission_type`, `amendment_number`, subject identity (`subject_name`, `subject_cik`), `cusip`, `date_of_event`, `filed_date`, and its cover-page `reporting_persons` (name, cik, percent_of_class, shares_beneficially_owned as decimal strings, person_type). Coverage: structured 13D/13G filings from 2024-12-18 (the SEC's structured-XML mandate) for the S&P 500 pilot subject universe. Quarterly 13F manager snapshots are a different dataset and are NOT served here. An empty page for valid filters is a normal success. Bounds: default 20, max 100 filings per page; page via `pagination.next_cursor` → `cursor`. Errors carry machine codes: `unknown_entity` (with suggestions) for an unknown ticker, `out_of_coverage` for a company outside the pilot universe, `bad_parameter` for an invalid schedule_type, date range, limit, or cursor.
