Description
List one geography's FEMA NRI per-hazard risk and EAL breakdown.
Components sort by stable FEMA hazard code. Each row has the display
name, risk score/rating/value, and annual expected-loss total/score/rating.
Results are bounded and cursor-paged; pass pagination.next_cursor back
with unchanged geography and hazard_type. Units, annual period, release
vintage, as_of, and source: fema-nri are explicit in the envelope.
